Built in 1926, the villa is situated on a large 1250 m² plot of land in a private and quiet side street of northern Berlin.
It was was originally commissioned by a very accomplished industrial lady who entertained many famous stars of the 1920’s, including Marlene Dietrich and Kurt Weill. In 2006, renowned interior designer Yasmine Mahmoudieh purchased the historical house and converted it into her design studio and home.
Mahmoudieh carefully renovated the entire house including the exterior and the roof, and upgraded all the technical equipment.
