The aristocratic four-level villa, designed by the famous architect Stanislav Voitovsky, was built in the style of Historicism in 1892 under the influence of the nascent Art Nouveau style.
In 2004, the building was slightly expanded, a garage for 4 cars was added. Renovation was carried out in accordance with all the rules of architectural monuments restoration — windows and roof were repaired, plumbing was updated.
